El arrendatario y su tripulación afirman tener la experiencia conocimiento y capacidad suficiente, para el gobierno de dicha embarcación durante su viaje programado. Una negligencia grave o con mala intención no estará cubierta por el seguro de la embarcación.
The Lessee confirms that he is perfectly capable for managing the boat safely and understands that any serious negligence or bad intention in his acts will not be covered by insurance and he will be held accountable by the law.
